Setting a Minimum Order Amount for Your Store

You can set a minimum order amount in your store. This feature is used to ensure that the order is profitable for you considering the costs of processing and delivering the products. Besides, certain payment providers may set a minimum charge for the transactions.

1. Open the Settings of your site and navigate to the store Settings in the Your store tab:

2. Open the Shopping Cart tab in the settings:

3. Set a minimum order amount in the relevant field:

Tip: you can change the currency for your store as well. See the article Online store settings for more.

The changes will appear on the site immediately. Now your customers will see the following notification if the order amount is less than the one you specified:
