1. Check whether you've connected email to your contact form.
If the email isn't set up for your contact form, you'll see the red exclamation mark near the button in your form:

2. Check whether your email is working properly.
It may happen that the contact form sends the notifications as it's supposed to, but they don't land in your mailbox for some reason. Thus, it's important to check whether you are receiving regular emails. Simply send a test email to yourself and see if it arrives to your inbox.
If it does, move on to the next step.
If it doesn't, see the steps below:
In case the domain is managed elsewhere, contact the relevant support for further troubleshooting. If the domain is managed at SiteCliq, make sure that proper MX records have been added on our end according to the instructions in the article Managing domain's DNS records.

3. Check your spam folder.
Sometimes the notifications from SiteCliq sites can be flagged as spam by your email provider. It may happen because the email triggers your personal spam filters or your domain DNS records aren't fully set up.
Check your spam folder to see if this is the case. To ensure that this doesn't happen again, make sure to mark the emails as "Not spam" — your mailbox will mark the preferences. You can also whitelist the email address used to deliver the contact form notifications — noreply@sitecliq.life. Whitelisting settings depend on your email provider.

4. Check that you are using the latest version of the contact form.
Our team is constantly updating the blocks to add more functionality and improve their performance. This being said, certain blocks become outdated and are no longer supported. To get the best results, we recommend that you check the contact form you are using.
For that, enter the settings of the contact form and check whether you have the Integrations tab — this is the attribute of the newer form versions:
