Choosing a Template For Your Website

Once you have got started at SiteCliq, you’re offered a choice of 270+ ready-to-use templates to go with. They will come in handy both when you have a specific website idea and when in need of inspiration.

Here are the guidelines to help you find the right template for your site.

Step 1. Accessing the template gallery

1. Open the template explorer by clicking the Create site button in your account dashboard:

2. In the new window that opens, you can find all the templates available in our gallery:

The pre-made templates are divided into 24 categories according to their topics, including Portfolio & CV, Restaurants & Food, Art and Culture, Real Estate, Education, Advertising & Marketing, IT & Development and many more.

Step 2. Narrowing down your options

You can select a template by choosing a particular topic, or simply focusing on its visual look as it is presented in our gallery. 

1. Browse through the list of categories at the left, or just search for the appealing template using the keywords:

2. Decide on how many pages your website has to consist of. Of course, you can always delete them or add more, but it's better to have all set from the beginning. Hover over a template you like to see the number of pages it has:

3. Press on Preview to take a closer look and see if the template meets your requirements:

Step 3. Making your final decision

1. Check how your chosen site template looks on different devices. For that, use the icons on the top panel in your template preview mode window (mobile / tablet / PC):

2. If you want to start working on it, click Start editing at the top right corner of your site editor top panel:
